Refund policy

Due to the nature of custom made frames, we only allow complete refunds up to 24hrs after you submit your order, unless a frame is out of stock.

After 24hrs, your order is already being processed so we are unable to refund you for the total value; a re-stocking fee will be applied!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept damage claims after 5 days of receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our frames cannot be returned as they are custom made when you order and we do not hold stock of any frames.  Please be sure the size you are ordering is correct. As well,  please read all the descriptions of the product before purchasing.  Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for customers not viewing our policies before purchasing.
